Day 94 From Warm to Snow in One Day

A beautiful Sunday morning turned to a massive amount of wind and rain/sleet/snow I think out there tonight.  Blech.  Welcome to Atlantic Canada.  But at least my flowers are getting watered!  We had a great church service and then a potluck complete with mystery meat sandwiches.  Here's a couple of cute kids I found with the same complexion (it was one picture to begin with, but my download didn't work right or something) !

Abishai, nearly 14 months
Our friend Jacob, almost 2 yrs old.

We let Abishai walk into church all by himself today! He LOVED the freedom!  He did it at our normal grocery store called No Frills this afternoon, too.

In other news, Keturah is now back to actually sleeping on her bed.  She's been sleeping on the floor for two weeks for no particular reason.

Justin can close the back gate of the van by hopping up and grabbing the handle WITHOUT stepping on to the back bumper!  He also discovered he can juggle two items at a time!

And Benaiah enjoyed his first "Burger Love" burger today when he was out with some friends.  To kickstart the tourist season, for the last few years, PEI has asked local restaurants to come up with their best burger. Now, these things are HUGE and folks usually split them with their friends or spouses.  This year there are 73 participants!  Two years ago, it was only 36 or so.  There's a poster you can get where you checkmark off which ones you've tried.  All the ingredients are sourced locally too.  It's just for the month of April.  So, if you wanted to try them all, you'd have to eat 2-3 burgers a day.  That's nuts considering they cost $15 a piece!  I guess it's just something us Islanders do to pass the time - eat great food!  People, you are missing out! Lol.  Now onto a very full week.  See ya later!
