Day 128 Moving on to new adventures

Just like the many graduates at our local colleges and universities did, we too, are moving on.  But there's lots of bumps in the road and some really big potholes.  Two seasons of PEI: Winter season and Pothole season.  It was a gorgeous day outside, so, I kept trying to find ways to be outside.  This morning I took Keturah to a special day at the local bookstore.  Then, I walked Abishai from our house up the hill to where Keturah's gymnastics takes place.  And later, Jared, Benaiah, and I went out for a bite to eat but we stopped alone the boardwalk to look out over the harbor.  The tide was low, which we haven't seen much while living here.  And finally, we wandered down some "red dirt road(s)" of PEI where some seasonal cottages lie in the dark, turned off the headlights and listened to the bullfrogs (which we could hear load and clear while the windows were closed!  So, I full day of thoughts, ponderings, bumps, and bruises.  No packing, so I'll do some tomorrow.  I wasn't mentally in the game today to tackle it.

This was as close as we got to the bookstore party.  Keturah is still scared of people in costumes.  The blue costumed guy on the right is Pete the Cat if you didn't know.

Just a nice view to some of our favorite stores from the window in the women's bathroom at the downtown mall.

She's getting so big!

I got each kid a new book, so Abishai's is called, "A Prince Edward Island Lullaby." I thought he would like the animals, and instead he loves the people in the book!  Justin got a Star Wars the Force Awakens sticker book.  Benaiah got a Doctor Who mug.  Keturah got a Frozen book.  I got a 50% off calendar with pretty pictures of PEI.  And the all got an easy to read book about PEI.

Just a little walking on last year's work teams handiwork.

Uh, when did the man-child look bigger than the man? Wow!

Harbor to the west.

Harbor to the south.

Harbor to the east.
